Crawdaddy's Boil and Grill is a Minnesota-born food trailer built on the love for fishing and catching crawfish. We bring bold flavors from around the world to the streets of Minnesota and Wisconsin, always using fresh ingredients and creative recipes.

Locally Sourced:
During the Minnesota fishing season our whole cooked crawfish are sourced straight from the deep and clear lakes of northern Minnesota. In fact, we have our own fishing crew (Northern Crayfish Company) delivering fresh wild-caught crawfish right to our trailer every weekend, all season long!
Trusted Recipes From Around The World:
When we get tired of peeling tails or when fishing is bad we source our crawfish tail meat from trusted Louisiana suppliers. And our recipes are time-tested from around the globe.
